Ack its nearly been a year

Obviously I have not been idle enough to write a blog..................
I am prepping for Thanksgiving where I have successfully been able to freeload in style. Quite an accomplishment - getting a family of 5 accepted in the warm bosom of another family that love to cook.

Happy Thanksgiving. Still have no idea why this holiday endured. Actually I'm amazed the Brits who landed on Plymouth Rock didn't poison themselves on wild berries. Because lets face it, a load of Brits arrive in a foreign country, eat the local food and then murder the natives - and we still celebrate it.

So the grandparents returned to the not so sunny climes of Northern England and we miss them already. I realized that without the reinforcements of three extra adults we are heavily outnumbered and outmanouvered. Lacking the vital reinforcements the tribal factions are prone to clan fighting. Last night the Family Bingo went horribly awry.
Don't mess with gabby when she's calling the numbers......
